Refund or Cancellation policy

Refund or exchange policy:
If by mistake, you select any class other than your own class, you need to communicate to us the exact issue mentioning the class you wish to opt now. We will be glad to help you change your class, however, the difference of subscription amount will be paid by us or you as the case maybe. This will be done through Bank payment or any other mode which ever is possible or applicable within 7 working days of your request.

The validity of subscription:
The subscription of any chapters or tests of school or board exams will continue for the current session only.
For NEET crash and IIT JEE (Mains) exam crash course, the subscription is valid for 6 months.
You can purchase any test, any number of tests, any chapter, any subject, for NEET exam or IIT JEE (Mains) as per your requirement.
There is no binding on the number of tests or the subject for any of the exams.
You can resubscribe the same for NEET crash and IIT JEE (mains) exam crash course for half the price next year if need arisis due to some circumstances.
Other conditions as mentioned in the privacy policy will be applicable.
For NEET and IIT JEE (Mains) exam regular courses the subscription is valid for 850 days from the day of purchase.
You may consider this as if you are starting the tests in the beginning of class XI and going to continue for more than two years including entrance exams of NEET & IIT-JEE (Mains).
The conditions given in the privacy policy will be applicable
The same conditions will be applicable for study metrical purchase also.

Cancellation policy:
After your request for subscription is confirmed, we would inform you about your complete test details such as number of tests subjects, class and any other relevant information on your whatsapp No. and email.
Due to some circumstances, if you wish to or forced to cancel your subscription, please write to us at schoolbyte15@gmail.com within 10 days of your successful subscription.
Unconditionally we will refund your payment through Bank payment or any other mode as the system permits but certain amount of deduction as applicable by the tax laws will be mandatory.
